About the presentation: We all want to know what our clients are thinking, but we actually went out and asked. In our third annual study in conjunction with the Investment Wealth Institute we compared what advisors and clients think on a range of topics. This year we focused on risk and market perspectives. We have uncovered if they really understand what you are saying, how afraid they are of running out of money, what returns they actually expect from you, and what would make them more loyal.

Learning Objectives: By understanding the correlation between these factors, an advisor can better understand how to create deep trust, spot red flags before they become issues, and create an environment of delight in your practice.
