We are dedicated to supporting our valued chapter leaders in their efforts to increase diversity, equity and inclusion efforts locally.

This is done primarily through our private community for chapter leaders working in DE&I roles locally on FPA Connect, our member-only discussion platform. Resources are shared monthly in addition to FPA providing access to a DE&I professional to provide dedicated support for chapters as needed.
