Established in 2008, FPA was at the forefront in focusing on diversity in the financial planning profession.

As this landscape continues to evolve, this group of leaders focus on leadership, education, community, and opportunity for those who are diverse or who serve diverse communities.

Our DE&I Committee works directly with FPA’s Board of Directors to address issues and opportunities for the Association to support our diverse membership. Comprised of FPA members from diverse backgrounds, expertise and experience, we support all aspects of our community including both members and volunteer leaders. FPA partners with allied organizations when appropriate to bring the latest best practices, content and conversations to the community.
