  • How coaching has benefited me as a financial professional (I have worked with a coach long before getting my coaching degree.)
  • How I have been integrating coaching into my conversations as a financial professional. 
  • Share the different types of coaching questions that financial advisors can use to understand their client’s needs/desires and help them achieve their goals. 

About the Speaker:  Margaret is a highly experienced financial services professional who has worked in an institutional sales capacity for New York Life, Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade.  In August of 2022 she started in her current role as a Business Development Manager for CoreCap Advisors focusing on recruiting new advisors to the firm.  Margaret has a Masters in Coaching and Transformational Leadership from the Wright Graduate University and has an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.  She contributes to others through her leadership as a volunteer in a social and emotional intelligence program at the Wright Foundation and at her church.
