Jeff is in his third year overseeing retirement plans for Bank OZK. Prior to joining Bank OZK, he spent almost 30 years as a Tax and Employee Benefits attorney where he assisted private sector, nonprofit and governmental employers of all sizes with the design, implementation, and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. He is now responsible for advice, administration, oversight, testing, and participant education for 401(k), pension and profit sharing plans for Bank OZK and numerous clients. He also assists clients on the ongoing management of their IRA’s as well as with the unique estate planning issues associated with retirement plan assets. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Arkansas and his Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Florida.
