To receive your Ethics CFP CE, you must submit the form "Request for CE Credits", which will be also be emailed to all attendees PRIOR to November 3rd. Melissa will give out two code words, one at the beginning and one at the end of the course. WRITE THESE DOWN as you must add these code words onto the Request for CE Credits. You will have 48 hours after the presentation is completed to submit the form.
