About the Speakers:
Erica Jennewine, Assistant Vice President, Michigan PRS Sales & Distribution Leader
Erica is Assistant Vice President, Michigan Sales & Distribution Leader for Personal Risk Services, a division within Chubb Insurance that focuses exclusively on insuring the lifestyles and assets of successful individuals and families. Her prior industry experience includes Homeowner Claims adjusting and Business Development for P&C carriers, and Private Client Practice Leadership at a regional broker. In her roles, she has assisted financially successful families and insurance agents and brokers with personal risk management strategies.
Erica has achieved the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM), and the Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI). She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Robert H Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. She currently resides in Sylvania, OH with her husband John and their two teenage children. She enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family, traveling to state and national parks to hike and enjoy the outdoors together.
Melissa DeLaCruz Vice President, Midwest Regional Claim Executive
Melissa is accountable for the overall claim business relationships in the Region, with responsibility for comprehensive customer interactions between our internal and external business partners and the North America Claims organization. She has primary oversight of the claims relationship with our distribution channels and serves as a contact for issue resolution.
Melissa has over 30 years of claims experience in a variety of positions. At CNA, Melissa led the Claim Client Services organization. She spent nearly 20 years at Travelers Insurance as a Claim Account Executive Regional Director and served as a AVP for Workers’ Compensation.
