About the Speaker: Lina has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on patient advocacy, consumer health education, and excellence in care. She spent ten years in the hospice industry as a Community Educator and Area Director, supporting families and healthcare providers through end-of-life care. In 2013, Lina joined Mir Care Consultants, Inc., where she is now CEO and co-owner. The firm is a Certified Life Care Management agency specializing in geriatric care and special needs children and adults, and professional guardianship services.
As a longtime family caregiver, Lina brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. She is actively involved in local and national aging organizations and has received multiple honors, including the 2022 Joyce Lauck Legacy Award and Aging Life Care Association Member of the Year awards in 2022 and 2024.
