As much as we try to make financial decisions about math and logic, our decisions are deeply rooted in emotions, culture, and family history. We play a critical role in helping our clients build new money stories for future generations. Throughout this session Emily will give an overview of 1) Client attitudes and values, and how they affect wealth management and monetary decisions; 2) Basics of behavioral finance; and 3) Principles of communicating with clients.
