Kevin London, Executive Director, Program Management, Frog Design
Kevin is a passionate Program Management executive with over 20 years of bringing customer experiences to market. He enjoys building products and experiences that have lasting positive impact on people and clients' businesses. He leads an amazing team of expert program managers in their Austin, Texas studio and is a part of frog’s Product Design & Development team that is working to establish best practices globally.  Frog Design puts the customer at the center of everything they do, what has come known as human-centered design.  This design-led approach has helped to launch exceptional experiences for companies like CVS, Marriott, Disney and Intuit.

Holly Wissmann, Director of Philanthropy, Breakthrough Central Texas
As Director of Philanthropy, Holly Wissmann leads Breakthrough’s major gifts program and has helped grow individual giving from $500,000 to $2.5 million annually, serving more than 2,000 students on their path to becoming first-generation college graduates. Having experienced the transformative impact of higher education on her own family, Holly is honored to have the opportunity to pay forward that gift every day, serving on a team dedicated to educational equity and partnering with students and families to realize their college dreams. Trusting relationships are critical to the success and sustainability of both fundraising and student services at Breakthrough, and that human connection is what has kept her in the fundraising 15 years. Holly is a longtime, active member and volunteer with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and currently serves as President-Elect for the Greater Austin Chapter.

      

 

 

Paulina and Julian Hernandez, Owners, La Ola Pop Shop
Paulina and Julian are a married couple on a mission to deliver great customer experience and showcase three generations of family recipes when it comes to making ice cream and popsicles from scratch. The family business began in the in the western state of Michoacán, Mexico. They intend to use only the freshest products they can find and pass on the delicious treats on to their customers.  Paulina and Julian have been in business in Kyle for 4 years with the intention of growing to other areas of central Texas in the future. Their crew is young, but dedicated and connected to the community, just as much as they are. For Paulina and Julian, there is nothing better than serving their customers in the growing city of Kyle. They are passionate about carrying on the family tradition of making and serving the best ice cream they can make and seeing people smile.
