Overview:

Lisa Crafford Leads our Business Consulting at BNY Mellon |Pershing and has worked with RIA’s, Wealth Managers and Family Offices on a creating a strategy to attract the next generation in our industry. In 2019, Lisa launched a program for Pershing clients call the “Next Generation Leadership Program”, which provides tools for young professionals to step into leadership positions at their firms while also building a network of other young professionals in the industry across our client base. She has worked with our top clients on developing a strategy for hiring, building a culture, and including next gen in the future of the firm.  From previously working at an RIA, to now consulting Pershing clients, Lisa will discuss Key Challenges to Making an Aging Profession Young.

About Linda:

While currently residing in Denver Colorado and having grown up in Australia, Lisa has local roots having received an MBA from William and Mary where she was elected Class President. Having lived on three continents and visited over 30 countries she brings a perspective to her work uniquely her own.

Combining relative youth with a position of significant responsibility for the world’s largest custodian of financial assets she has both a passion and a concern for nurturing the next generation of financial professionals.
