Jeff Hybiak, CFA®

Meet Jeff:

Jeff is a CFA Charterholder and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting emphasis) from the University of Northern Colorado. He has worked in the field of accounting and finance since 1992 and joined Strategic Equity Management, Inc. in October 1998. He began his investment career managing traditional institutional portfolios using Modern Portfolio Theory. At SEM he combined this experience with SEM’s engineering background to develop the firm’s Behavioral Portfolio Approach to help clients and advisors overcome their natural behavioral biases. 

Outside of SEM, Jeff is part of the worship team at LifePointe Community Church in Williamsburg, VA where he plays the keyboard and bass guitar. He also coaches his 14-year old twins’ travel soccer team and is a proud ‘papa’ of two grand-children.
