Speakers bio's:

Jeffrey Walters, CFP & Senior Regional Director, joined Hines 12 years ago. He is in charge of capital raising for 6 states on the West Coast. Jeff has helped advisors & investors to place several billion dollars of investment capital in his career, and has managed the top producing regions at multiple firms in that span. He has been on the Hines Advisory Board for over 5 years and has been integral in the growth of Hines in the RIA and family office channel.

Ryan McCullough, Managing Director, joined Hines’ Research Group in 2018. Ryan focuses on Americas real estate markets & his responsibilities include investment strategy, portfolio allocation, deal support, and thought leadership. In his role Ryan both helps to shape Hines investment approach through original, objective research and also to communicate the firm’s strategy to Hines’s institutional and retail investors. He has been quoted in The WSJ, CNBC, IBD, Bloomberg & The Washington Post.
