In this post, we continue our discussion with Rob Hernandez, CFP® and Clary Delano from the FPA of Metro New York on how the chapter is addressing the pandemic in their events and programming. On April 16 we shared Part 1 of the discussion where Rob and Clary talked about how the chapter was able to pivot on their Annual Symposium. In this post, we dig into other ways the chapter is working to serve their members and community virtually, including a web-based series with the coaches in the FPA Coaches Corner, the development of a virtual community on FPA Connect, and how the chapter is working with partners to find ways to provide pro bono planning while still adhering to strict social distancing guidelines.
