About the presentation:  Join us for this special presentation by Beverly D. Flaxington, The Human Behavior Coach. Beverly will explain how the DISC process uncovers natural behavioral style which translates into individual communication style. This impacts many things for an advisor, team interactions, right fit in right role and connection with prospects and clients. Prior to the event, attendees will have the opportunity to take their own DISC assessment.

As a result of this session, participants will:

  • Have a clear window into their own style and Driving Forces (values/motivators) and how these come across to others and the strengths and areas for improvement
