CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations received on or before 5:00 pm, April 8, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $40 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 5:00 pm April 8, 2026. Attendee substitutions are permitted.

All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing and sent via email to info@fpapugetsound.org.

Substitution requests must be in writing via email to info@fpapugetsound.org no later than 7 days prior to the event start.
