Daniel Hopson is an RIA Regional Director at Prudential Annuities, covering southwest territories. He dedicates his efforts to helping advisors and their clients plan for protected financial outcomes and has a specific focus on strategies to complement advisory portfolios.
Daniel joined Prudential in 2016 and has five years of experience in the financial service industry. He possesses extensive product knowledge and serves as a valuable resource for his financial professionals to help solve their clients’ income planning needs by sharing proven business building strategies and educating them on industry related changes. Prior to his current role, he worked for Donahue Funeral Home, in Upper Darby, PA. He has been recognized as a leader within Prudential’s Sales Organization and has received the 2020 Bank/Wire Consultative Sales Award Winner and 2020 Summer Sales Campaign Winner.
Daniel graduated from Cabrini University with a degree in Finance and International Business. He also holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Daniel lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his partner, Lauren and their golden retriever, Ry. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys golf, snowboarding out west and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. He is also an active member of FPA, Charlotte, NC.
