Developed by renowned experts Dr. Brad Klontz, CFP®, and Dr. Charles Chaffin, this 9-hour program provides financial planners with a structured approach to understanding client behaviors, money beliefs, and communication strategies. Planners who complete the program earn the Psychology of Financial Planning Specialist™ badge, which can be displayed on their website and social media platforms. The program is also eligible for nine continuing education credits for CFP® professionals.

Since its launch, thousands of financial planners across 15 countries have completed the program, gaining valuable insights into behavioral finance, cultural competence, crisis navigation, and effective client communication. Upon completion, participating planners receive a digital badge and a certificate of completion.
