Molly Dean Bittner

About Molly:

Molly has the unique opportunity to work with individuals in our community who want to make a difference. As Chief Philanthropy Officer, Molly spends her time aligning the philanthropic interests of donors with needs in the Greater Richmond region. She has a gift for connecting people while discovering what individuals hope to accomplish through their philanthropy. Molly and her team work tirelessly to build resources for the community so Richmond will continue to be a thriving place to work and live in the decades to come.  

When Molly is not working, she is spending time with her family or dining at Southbound, her favorite restaurant. Molly loves her neighborhood in Bon Air and frequents the James River and her local pool. She also serves on the boards of the Estate Planning Council of Richmond and SwimRVA. Molly hails from Pittsburgh, PA (Go Steelers!) and is an All-American swimmer who’s been swimming since she was six.
