About the Presentation: In this 1-hour session, we will provide statistics reflecting the concerns business owners have with protecting the business from unforeseen events like death or disability.  We will then review the most common types of buy-sell agreements.  From there, we will introduce two advanced buy-sell planning techniques.  Finally, we will cover 2 case studies sharing real situations in which these advanced buy-sell plans were implemented.
