I confirm I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®  professional 
I agree that FPA is not liable for times when the online presence of PlannerSearch® is not available due to maintenance or circumstances beyond FPA's control.
If applicable, I am in compliance with registration and licensing requirements of any US state, US federal and/or non-US jurisdiction.
I confirm I have not been the subject of an arbitration, a proceeding by a credentialing or self-regulatory agency, an administrative action, a civil action, or a criminal case.
