- JA Finance Park® Volunteer Opportunities - Spend a day mentoring & inspiring youth - JA Finance Park® is a no-cost, hands-on educational program that helps students in grades 7-12 meet state standards and graduation requirements.
- NexGen Special Interest Group – Connect with members age 36 and younger as well as other young allied professionals.
- Woman Special Interest Group – The mission of our special interest group is to create an opportunity for female FPANJ members to connect and share their unique perspective on the financial planning profession.

- ADVOCACY: Help shape legislation and the future of the profession.
- CAREER DEVELOPMENT: Be a mentor; reach out to students; encourage new financial planning professionals; provide new skills for experienced practitioners.
- DIVERSITY & INCLUSION: We seek to raise awareness and promote an environment that embraces diverse communities of consumers and professionals.
- EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Integrate our Life and Profession with Education and Inspiration.
- FINANCE: Help us use our resources wisely in providing member benefits.
- MEMBERSHIP: Help retain current members and recruit new ones. Reach out to local Universities with finance curriculums.
- PRO BONO/FINANCIAL LITERACY: A call to action: give the gift of education through one‐on‐one efforts/Elevate public awareness; promote financial literacy.
- PUBLIC RELATIONS/COMMUNICATIONS: Sharpen your communication skills; expand our network to include professionals in allied fields, such as estate attorneys, CPAs and accountants, career coaches, CFAs, etc.
- STRATEGIC PARTNERS: Create alliances with partners so we can provide more member services.
