About the speaker: John Morrison is a Senior Investment Strategist and Vice President in Dimensional’s Austin office. He works as a portfolio specialist for equities within the firm’s Investment Solutions Group, which is responsible for supporting the effective communication of Dimensional’s investment approach and strategies to clients and prospective clients. Prior to his current role, John was an equity Portfolio Manager with Dimensional. Before joining Dimensional, John worked as a consultant at Bain & Company in Sydney, Australia, developing strategic business plans for large multinational corporations. John also worked in risk management at Goldman Sachs & Co., focusing on counterparty risk associated with derivative trades. John graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance, econometrics and statistics, and economics. He also holds a BS in neuroscience and is a CFA® charterholder.
