Chloe is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has been a Realtor in Austin since 2009. She is a Partner at Twelve Rivers Realty, a local real estate company in downtown Austin. With Chloe's management and mentorship, Twelve Rivers Realty did over $500 million in sales in 2021 with Chloe personally handling over $30 million in transactions.
To add to Chloe's wealth of knowledge is nearly 13 years of experience working with a variety of client types. As a full-service Realtor, Chloe works with developers, builders, single family and multifamily investors, first time home buyers, sellers and landlords and works in all price ranges as well.
Chloe dives into studying various investment strategies and financial structures, transportation, future developments, population and job growth, demographic trends, city zoning, environmental and economic factors that impact an area. Most importantly she spends time immersing, observing and experiencing the lifestyle and real estate of Austin neighborhoods.
